Harry has over 30 years experience in the process design and construction engineering, permitting, project management, engineering director in government, consulting, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and the food and beverage industries. Experience includes preparation of permits and environmental impact documents, preparation of water/environmental permits, design, construction and startup of water supply (both ground and surface), water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Harry’s previous employment has been with Bernard Johnson Engineers, Texas Department of Water Resources, Enviroquip, Jones & Neuse, Inc., and Jones Environmental, Inc.
